In case of cancellation no later than 7 days before the date of arrival, no penalty is due.
In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the date of arrival, the advance payment is retained as a penalty.
For a change or cancellation, contact the hotel and indicate the reservation number and dates of stay. The possibility of change is specified with the team according to availability.
Check-in is after 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00.
